Meet Alex, a 9 year-old who was diagnosed with an immune disorder called immunodysregulation polyendocrinopathy enteropathy X-linked syndrome (IPEX for short) and has received care from our very own, Dr. Cooper, rheumatologist and director of clinical immunology at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Washington University.
